This memory game pairs 26 animals with 26 lowercase letters. Each match connects a letter to the first sound of an animal's name.
We chose lowercase on purpose. Most of the words kids will read in books are lowercase, so that's where we start.

How kids play
The youngest players can start face up, simply finding pairs. As they grow, flip the cards over for a classic memory game.
Try Sound Search: say a letter sound like “sss” and have your child find the matching animal or letter. Older kids can use the animal cards to spell simple words like cat, dog, and sun, then match the letters underneath.
