We know you're excited to receive your order, so our small but mighty team will make every effort to get your order shipped as quickly as we can. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. During sitewide sales, it may take up to 3-5 business days. After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Most US domestic orders will arrive within 1-10 business days (depending on your proximity to Georgia) after they're shipped unless it's during a particularly busy shopping season, inclimate weather, or during worldwide a pandemic.
Please be sure the shipping information you provide is correct! If you find an error in your confirmation email, let us know ASAP – if your order hasn’t already shipped, we’re easily able to correct the error. Undeliverable and returned-to-sender packages due to incorrect information, we will be happy to resend the order after we’ve received the item and collected new shipping fees. We can also issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping charges.
If for any reason you are unhappy with our products we will gladly exchange it or refund you. Please email email@example.com within (20) days of shipment date to initiate a return. To receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus all shipping fees), all items must be received back in new, unused, unopened condition. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the item in its original condition. Please read all of our FAQs before deeming your purchase damaged or defective.
Missing Pieces or Damaged Items
If you find you're missing letters or something has arrived damaged, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact us within 5 business days to report the issue, and we will then process the request for parts or replacements. This process can take up to 14 days depending on availability.
Not totally happy with your color choice or board size? We can easily exchange your new, unused, unopened order within (20) days of shipment. Please email email@example.com and indicate the reason for the exchange with your original order number and we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed. Please be aware that shipping charges for the original order will not be refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping as well. Refunds for the original items will be made within 10 business days of receipt of the item in its original condition. A new order can be placed at any time for your preferred items.
Currently, we're offering international shipping a select few countries outside of the USA. We offer a few of international shipping options via USPS, UPS and DHL. We cannot promise a specific arrival date. Sometimes packages are held up in Customs for what seems like no reason. We are not responsible for any additional customs or duty fees and we cannot estimate these charges. All international orders are considered final sale.
