Business Hours
We ship orders and answer emails Monday-Friday 9ish-4ish EST. We are closed for most US holidays. If you contact us outside of those times, we'll get back to you as soon as we're back in our office.

We are located about 30 mile northwest of Atlanta in a small town called Acworth. Our main place of business is our home where we have both office space and a large warehouse. Our mailing address is 1025 Rose Creek Drive Suite 620-372, Woodstock GA 30189.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Prices displayed on the website do not include sales tax. Sales tax will only be charged if your shipping address is within the state of Georgia or Florida since we have locations and or employees in these states.
We are not responsible to additional shipping, taxes, or duties on international orders. Please be aware that international order may incur these additional fees.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During large sitewide sales, it may take up to 3-5 business days for orders to ship. Actually shipping time can take 3-8 business days to arrive. UPS 2nd Day and Overnight shipping are offered at checkout should you need your order sooner. Bear in mind that we do not have control over shipping companies and their turn-around times.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We mainly use UPS Ground and USPS First Class or Priority Mail. UPS Standard is used for orders shipping to Canada. All other international orders will be shipping using DHL Services.
How much do you charge for shipping?
For US domestic, contiguous orders over $125 ground shipping is FREE! For orders under $125 we have subsidized rates ranging from $7.99–$17.99; this means that we absorb a lot of shipping costs on behalf of our customers. We do not hide our shipping costs in the price of our products. We also list additional shipping options should you need your order sooner.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with our products we will gladly offer to exchange, refund, or give you a store credit. Please initiate a return within 30 days of the shipment delivery date using this link. All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the item in its original condition. We do not accept returns for final sale items or custom/personalized items.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we're offering international shipping a select few countries outside of the USA. We offer a few of international shipping options via USPS, UPS and DHL. We cannot promise a specific arrival date. Sometimes packages are held up in Customs for what seems like no reason. We are not responsible for any additional customs, taxes, duty fees and/or brokerage fees and we cannot estimate these charges. All international orders are considered final sale.
Product Questions
Magnets don't work on my refrigerator. What's up with that?
That's too bad. Your refrigerator is made using medical grade stainless steel. We created our magnetic letter board slates for this very reason. They allow you to use our alphabet magnets anywhere you like, throughout your home or office.
Will your letters work on glass magnet boards?
Although our letters have strong magnetic backings, they will not work on glass magnet boards.
What materials are used in your letter sets?
Our soft letters are made of a soft foam material with rubber sheet magnets. They have been third-party safety tested for ages 3+ for USA and Canadian markets
Where are your products manufactured?
Most of our products and packaging are made and/or assembled by hand in China. Our organizers, flat magents, acrylic products and our stickers are made in the USA.
Can I give a letter set to a child? Are they toy-tested?
Our soft foam alphabet magnets are third-party toy-tested and approved for ages 3 and up in the US and Canada. We do recommend adult supervision as they do contain small parts.
My set is missing a character, what can I do?
Oops! Sorry about that! Our sets are assembled by hand so there is the possibility of human error. Don’t worry just let us know within 20 business days of your purchase and we’ll send you a replacement.

How do I clean my chalkboard?
If you plan to leave chalk on your board for an extended period of time we recommend seasoning it before adding chalk – this prevents that ghosting effect when you erase. We wrote an article about it here. To clean the board using the dry method, simply wipe with a paper towel, cloth, or felt eraser. To wet erase it and get it back to that deep vibrant color, wipe down your board with water or a mild cleaner (we like Windex with vinegar).
