Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with our products we will gladly exchange it or refund you. Please email returns@thetypesetco.com within 20 days of shipment date to initiate a return or exchange. All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the item in its original condition. We do not accept returns for final sale items.

Missing Pieces
As you know our sets are assembled by hand so there's the possibility of human error. Don’t worry – just let us know within 10 business days of your purchase and we’ll send you your missing piece(s) free of charge.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
